You may have heard or read that I was born with kidney disease (PKD), celiac disease, and psoriasis, which are all part of autoimmune diseases. Now that I'm 47, I am going through peri-menopause and take HRT like supplements. I think I'll start HRT next year.

I have done extensive research before I started taking these, and I invite you to do the same. Always talk to your doctor before taking anything new. This is your body, and I don't know your health history or what meds you are taking today. With that said, this is your responsibility. Just because someone takes something and shares it online doesn't mean you should skip reading about it.

When you go to the link to read up on the supplements, please take a look at what you are personally struggling with. We are all different. Not all supplements are for you, and some supplements that will work for you are not for me. There are more supplements for stress, joints, gut health, etc, that you might need that I don't need right now.
