These No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Bites take under 10 minutes to prep, require zero baking, and stay fresh in the fridge all week. I highlited in BOLD what I used this time. I make these often and change it up but the main recipe is the same.

Prep Time: 10 mins | Yield: 12 bites | Storage: Up to 1 week (fridge) or 3 months (freezer)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats (certified gluten-free if needed)

  • ½ cup peanut butter (or almond butter) Pumpkin Spice flavor

  • 1 cup Gooey Butter protein powder (whey or plant-based)

  • ⅓ cup honey or pure maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed (for extra fiber and healthy fats)

  • ⅓ cup mini dark chocolate chips or raisins

  • 1–2 tbsp almond milk pumkpin flavor (only if the mixture feels dry)

1.Mix Dry & Wet Ingredients:

In a medium bowl, stir together oats, protein powder, and chia seeds. Add peanut butter and honey. Stir until a thick dough forms. If it feels too crumbly, add 1 tablespoon of almond milk at a time.

2.Fold in Chocolate Chips:

Gently fold in the mini dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

3.Roll into Bites:

Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to portion out the mixture. Roll firmly between your palms into 12 equal-sized balls.

4.Chill & Serve:

Place on a lined plate or baking sheet and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes to set. Store in an airtight container.

Pro Tip: Whey protein absorbs less liquid than plant-based protein powders. If using pea or plant protein, you may need an extra tablespoon of milk to reach the right consistency. I have never used pea or plant for my balls.
