HIGH PROTEIN BLUEBERRY GREEK YOGURT BITES

These taste like cheesecake bites but are packed with protein.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar-free maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Optional: crushed graham crackers or sugar-free white chocolate drizzle (I’m gluten free & I didn’t use this option )


Instructions:

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey, and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Gently fold in blueberries, lightly smashing a few for the swirl effect.

  3. Scoop small rounds onto parchment paper or into silicone molds.

  4. Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.

  5. Store in freezer and let sit 2–3 minutes before eating.


Approx Macros (depends on protein powder):

  • Protein: 35–45g total batch

  • Low sugar

  • Great for cravings, late-night snacking, or post-workout


Way better than grabbing cookies when stress hits.
