Have you ever had someone say, “Wow, you look like you’ve lost weight!” but you look in the mirror and think, “I don’t see it at all”?

There is a reason for that.
When you are in the middle of the menopause transition, you aren’t just fighting hormones; you’re fighting fog.
The Perspective Gap
When you’re "in it," your vision is clouded by:
• The frustration of clothes feeling tight.
• The exhaustion of poor sleep.
• The "all or nothing" mindset that tells you if you aren't perfect, you're failing.
You see the daily struggle. I see the trajectory.
Why You Need an Outside View
I see women comment all the time: "I'm doing everything and nothing is working." From the inside, it feels like you're running a marathon in sand.
But as a coach looking in from the outside, I can see:
1. The Wins You Ignore: You're stronger, your energy is stabilizing, and your consistency is improving—even if the scale is being stubborn today.
2. The Gaps You Miss: Because you're overwhelmed, you might not see that you’re under-eating protein or over-doing "stressful" cardio that's keeping your cortisol high.
Stop Trusting Your "Clouded" Vision
You are too close to the problem to see the solution clearly. This is why people notice your progress before you do—they aren't carrying your baggage, your history, or your hot flashes.
They just see the result.
If you feel like you’re doing "everything" but seeing "nothing," it’s time to stop trusting your clouded eyes and start trusting a proven strategy.
Stop trying to clear the fog alone. Let’s change the lens you’re looking through.
